Yesterday, I went on a herb walk organised for Claverham Community College by Sedlescombe herbalist and family friend Jackie Saull-Hunt which was great fun. I learned a lot about plants I would normally just walk past thinking 'weed'. I will certainly be searching out sorrel next Spring for salads !
