Olea europea

This baby olive tree originated as a 9cm stick with one leaf, costing £4 from Wilkinson. The photo is taken two summers later. The mussel shells used as a decorative mulch are freshwater mussels. Not advisable if you have children as broken edges can be razor sharp.
