This is a wooden trellis obelisk from Gardman which I bought from http://www.gardensupplies.co.uk this weekend. I nabbed the last one at £29.95 which seems a very good price for something 1.63m tall. It will be painted in Farrow and Ball Estate Emulsion 'Lichen'. Originally it was just leftover paint, but unlike vinyl emulsion on pots, it lasts longer as it's more breatheable. So I painted everything wooden and it has lasted years longer than the proper paint used by my neighbours. Inside it's a dark olive, outside a very elegant grey-green.
I haven't used this company before so I'll see how efficient they are.
I have an actual obelisk, also wooden from Grange and bought at Wilkinson earlier this summer for £34 http://www.wilkinsonplus.com Have to say that the plastic ties supposed to hold it together are woefully inadequate but husband bought some brackets and screwed it together.
